Dance session plan for seniors

1. Activation, Rhythm and Coordination (25 min)

🔹 Joint mobility: gentle movements of arms, legs and neck.
🔹 Basic stretching to prepare the body.
🔹 Rhythmic practices with palms and feet to improve synchronization.
🔹 Memory exercises through movement.
🔹 Rhythmic games with music to strengthen mental agility.

2. Adapted Dancing Session (25 min)

✔️ Sevillanas – Works on choreographic memory and expression.
✔️ Flamenco – Exercises arms and hands to strengthen joints.
