Music and Emotion Session for the Elderly (90 min)

1. Musical Connection and Sensory Stimulation (30 min)

🔹 Welcome and brief introduction on the power of music on emotions.
🔹 Active listening to different musical styles to awaken memories and sensations.
🔹 Association of melodies with moments of life to stimulate memory.
🔹 Breathing and relaxation exercises with soft music.

🛑 Break (10 min) – Hydration and free conversation about each person’s favorite music.

2. Emotional Expression Through Music (30 min)

🔹 Group singing or humming of familiar songs to encourage social connection.
🔹 Gentle rhythmic movement (clapping, swaying) to stimulate coordination.
🔹 Creation of personalized music playlists according to moods.
🔹 Small improvisation activity with simple instruments (tambourines, maracas).

🛑 Rest (10 min) – Relaxation time with nature sounds or instrumental music.

3. Wellness and Musical Relaxation (20 min)
