Mindfulness and Memory Session: Mindfulness to Remember (90 min)

1. Mental Activation and Connection with the Present (30 min)

🔹 Welcome and brief introduction on the relationship between mindfulness and memory.
🔹 Conscious breathing exercises to reduce stress and improve concentration.
🔹 Body scan to relax tensions and increase the connection with the body.
🔹 Mindfulness exercises with the senses: observing, listening and feeling with intention.

2. Memory and Mindfulness Exercises (30 min)
